So I had a conversation with the Program Director of Crossing Points yesterday. We happened to be in the same place at the same time. She said that she and the teaching staff at CrossingPoints have been continuing to try and contact the manager at the Recycling Center, but it seems that they had been emailing the former manager (or at least that is her assumption, since she has seen that person's name on realty signs recently). They are trying to get in touch with the current manager now.
So while frustrating, there is still work being done on Shawn's behalf.
